This product is a complete solution for AZS refractory bricks cast by electric melting, specifically designed for small-scale specialty glass melting furnaces in the 9-square-meter class. Tailored to the operational characteristics of small-capacity furnaces—such as laboratory glass melting furnaces, small specialty glass furnaces, and art glass furnaces—it provides a full set of custom brick profiles for critical areas including the tank walls, tank bottom, molten glass outlets, and charging ports. It offers the advantages of rapid installation, precise compatibility, and a long service life.
Key Features:
Complete Furnace Design: Based on the structural characteristics of 9-square-meter furnaces, a comprehensive AZS brick layout is pre-designed to cover all critical contact areas—including tank walls, tank floor surfaces, liquid flow holes, charging ports, and flow channels—ensuring uniform material and tight brick joints.
Flexible Customization of Special Shapes: Given the varied structures of small furnaces, we can custom-design special-shaped bricks, perforated bricks, and corner bricks based on customer drawings or furnace dimensions. We accept orders for single pieces or small batches to meet the flexible production needs of specialty glass.
Superior Material Properties: Manufactured from AZS-33# or 36# material produced via the oxidation process, these bricks offer resistance to glass melt erosion and thermal shock, with extremely low contamination levels. They are particularly suitable for melting borosilicate glass, high-alumina glass, and colored glass—specialty glass types that are sensitive to scaling and bubbles.
Quick Assembly and Installation: All bricks undergo precision CNC grinding, ensuring excellent dimensional compatibility and high on-site assembly efficiency. This significantly shortens the construction and cold repair cycles for small furnaces, reducing production downtime losses.
Cost-Effective and Long-Lasting: Using large-furnace-grade AZS material to protect small furnaces effectively extends the service life of small specialty furnaces, reduces the need for frequent repairs and replacements, and results in lower overall costs in the long term.
Suitable Kiln Types:
Small glass melting furnaces of approximately 9 square meters, suitable for laboratory research kilns, specialty optical glass kilns, art glass kilns, small vessel kilns, microcrystalline glass pilot lines, and similar applications.
