AZS suspension bricks are specially shaped refractory bricks precision-machined from AZS material produced via the oxidation melting process. They feature a specially designed suspension structure for installation on the upper structure of glass melting furnaces. Combining the excellent corrosion resistance and structural load-bearing capacity of AZS material, these bricks serve as critical components for the suspension support of furnace breast walls.
Key Features:
Structural Load-Bearing Design: The suspension groove/rib structure is precision-machined after being cast as a single piece, eliminating any joints. It can withstand long-term suspension loads from the upper structure, ensuring safe, reliable performance without detachment.
High Thermal Shock Resistance: The low thermal expansion coefficient and uniform crystal structure of AZS material prevent the suspension bricks from cracking or fracturing during furnace heating, cooling, and temperature fluctuations.
Resistance to Alkaline Vapor Corrosion: The bricks exhibit excellent chemical stability against alkaline components volatilized within the glass furnace, preventing powdering or spalling even after prolonged exposure.
Dense and Low-Contamination: The oxidation process ensures the purity of the brick body, resulting in virtually no glass phase leaching and no contamination of the furnace atmosphere.
Precision Machining for Easy Installation: CNC grinding ensures precise dimensions at the suspension interfaces, allowing for a tight fit with suspension hardware during installation, resulting in tight brick joints and rapid construction.
Applications:
Suspension installation areas such as the breast wall and front wall of glass melting furnaces, as well as structural supports in the upper flame zone. Suitable for various types of glass melting furnaces, including float glass, bottle and jar glass, and tableware glass furnaces.
